About this Episode
In June 2018, Maxine Waters told a crowd to confront Trump officials in restaurants and gas stations, and to absolutely harass them. Republicans moved to censure her. Democrats killed it.
In this episode, I follow what came after: the string of restaurant confrontations aimed at Trump officials, the cover Nancy Pelosi and Hakeem Jeffries gave her, and April 2021, when Waters told protesters in Minnesota to get more confrontational during the Chauvin trial.
Then set that against January 6th. Trump said marching peacefully and patriotically, and he's the one the left calls an inciter. Three conclusions follow, and none of them are about one congresswoman.
