About this Episode
In the last part of my midterm series, I explain why Trump is on the ballot even though his name isn't, and what's at stake when so many socialist candidates are this close to winning.
Then I look at two Democrat Senate candidates who've changed their tune. James Talarico in Texas has walked back "God is non-binary" and once said Texas leading in oil and gas is like being a cassette tape leader in the '80s. Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan now denies his 2020 Medicare for All comments, calls his old campaign partner Hasan Piker "a streamer in California," and gets combative when voters and Bret Baier ask him hard questions.
If you're frustrated with politics, I get it. This still isn't the year for a protest vote.
I've covered Talarico in depth before: Talarico Called Capitalism "Oppressive."
Parts 1 and 2 of this series are out now.
